Fair and Balanced

We've heard a lot of complaining from the Republicans this election about the liberal biased media. Really? It seems that any media channel not ardently Republican in their opinions are being cast as liberal. I think they hate real fair and balanced media, such as NPR. Seems to smack of sour grapes. This time around, they've grumbled of unfair election practices, in favor of the Democrats. (All elections should be neutral and fair). Do they forget all the stuff that went on with in 2000 and 2004. Florida rings any bells? African Americans turned away and denied voting. etc. etc. etc. Need I go on?

What it would be really like to see is an actual fair and neutral media, whether it's TV or print. It's unlikely to happen, especially with a ratings motivated media. What would also be good to see is an honest set of politicians. Yeh, like that's ever going to happen.

Either way, it'll be interesting to see what happens Tuesday and see how honest or dishonest either side get, along with how much sour grapes the Republicans spout out if they loose. If they do win, I'd like to know how and why though!
